At Nourished Skin Co, we want you to love your skincare as much as we do! If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back with a simple and transparent return policy.

Defective Product Returns

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t working as expected, no worries—we’ll make it right. You can return defective items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Just contact our team, and we’ll guide you through the quick and easy return process.

Returns for New, Unused Items

Changed your mind? No problem! We accept returns for new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued minus a $10 restocking fee to cover processing costs.

If you need to cancel your order before it's shipped we charge a 5% cancellation fee. This covers the processing costs charged to us to initially take and process your online order.

How to Start Your Return

  1. Email our team at info@nourishedskinco.com.au with your order number and details about the item you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 4 business days.
