Nourished Skin Co’s postage rate is $10 flat rate Australia wide for all online orders. Fill up your shopping cart for $70+ with any natural skincare products online to receive free shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
All online skincare products available on Nourished Skin Co can be shipped to most countries worldwide for various competitive custom rates. New Zealand $10+, United States $20+, United Kingdom $20+. Rest of the world $40 but feel free to contact us at info@nourishedskinco.com.au for a specialised rate for your region.
How long ?
International shipping in normal circumstances takes from 6 to 14 business days to arrive, depending on the destination country. We can offer Express for additional charges.

How do I return an item?
To return any skincare products purchased from Nourished skin Co, please email us at info@nourishedskinco.com.au for confirmation and Instructions. Please add a short description of why you’d like to return your product and your order number.
My order was damaged on arrival, how do I return it?
If any products purchased from Nourished Skin Co were damaged on arrival or faulty, please email us at info@nourishedskinco.com.au and include a photo of the product and a short description of the skincare products damage.
How will I be refunded?
Nourished Skin Co will return you based on your original payment method.
I think I have had an allergic reaction, what do I do?
Our online beauty and skincare products are primary irritation-free based on being natural based skincare suitable for all skin types although in case of a reaction, please contact customer service at Nourished Skin Co as soon as possible at info@nourishedskinco.com.au. Please include a photo of the area and a short description of the reaction.
